As a first time home buyer I was very uneducated on the buying process and obtaining a mortgage. I met with Stacey and she told me exactly what I needed to do financially in order to be approved as I am a business owner. I followed her advice and with in less than a year I became a first time home owner! There are many steps required throughout the process and Stacey walked me through each one clearly. She went above and beyond in my opinion. I was out of the country for a good portion of the mortgage process which added a while new factor of complex. She was very accommodating.
